All physical products are produced and shipped by independent fulfilment partners. While we work closely with these providers, they are responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping your order.

If you experience an issue with a physical product, please contact The Simple Healthy Hub directly. We will handle your request and coordinate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.

Refunds or replacements for physical products may be considered in cases such as:

To help us resolve issues quickly, we may request clear photos of the product and packaging.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
