Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes well combined and slightly sticky.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands. Depending on the size you make them, this recipe will produce approximately 12–15 bliss balls.
- Roll each bliss ball in desiccated coconut until evenly coated.
- Place the bliss balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use whole rolled oats rather than quick oats for the best texture.
- A food processor works best for blending the mixture smoothly and evenly.
- A blender can also be used, although the mixture can be a little harder to scrape out compared to a food processor.
- If your dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes first.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
