Method
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes well combined and slightly sticky.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands. Depending on the size you make them, this recipe will yield approximately 20-24 bliss balls.
- Place the bliss balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use raw, unsalted nuts for best flavour and nutrition.
- If Medjool dates are firm, soak them in hot water for 5–10 minutes before using.
- A food processor works best for texture and ease. A blender can be used but may be harder to scrape out.
- Adjust consistency with a little extra coconut oil or water if needed.
- You can roll the bliss balls in desiccated coconut or extra cacao powder for extra flavour and texture if desired.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
